mysite.com locate index.php at mysite.com/drupal/

Very basic probably but I have been looking at a blank page for 2 days now. So urgent

My index.php file is one folder down from root. How can i direct the domain to locate index.php in that folder?

ex:
mysite.com

should lok for index.php at:
mysite.com/drupal

Should be simple I guess - but for now 2 days passed to sort it out?????

set the docroot on your server, for, your domain to point to the correct folder or move drupal out of the subdirectory.

I cannot point the domain to a folder. I can point it to a subdomain

cannot move out of subdirectory

then create a subdomain move drupal to it.

Not sure why you can't change the docroot of your account. This is a fairly common practice these days even on value hosts.
