Small project: Expert CSS skills, Blueprint theme knowledge, Webforms module experience

Hello,

I have a two related sites that need to launch this month, and I won't have as much time as I'd like to actually do the Drupal config and CSS coding. The sites are both functionally simple (3 or 4 pages of content, plus a couple of Webform-based contact forms). The designs will be almost identical -- variations will be limited to the logo, header treatment and maybe global colour and typography.

I'm going to design the sites next week, so it will likely be late next week before your work would start.

Tasks include:
1. Installing and configuring the required modules (including webforms, pathauto, YUI Rich Text Editor, CCK) on my shared hosting server
2. Installing the Blueprint CSS theme
3. Implementing the design and site structure shown in the mockups (Adobe Illustrator) and ensuring cross-browser consistency in Firefox, and IE6/7/8.

The site uses existing Drupal modules, and no customization of Drupal is required. But I will need you to make configuration decisions and recommendations.

Additional notes:
* The admin must use the same theme as the front-end.
* Meeting the deadline is critically important.
* I offer payment terms of net 14 days on completion of the work.

I expect this would be about 20-25 hours of work for an experienced CSS + Drupal person.
