FCKeditor not showing up on forums.. Help? :D

I mainly got this FCKeditor for my site's forum so users don't have to just deal with the plain text fields.
Alright so I've downloaded FCKeditor correctly and I've read the instructions a few times.
After doing what I was told with the profile set ups and everything, I'm not quite sure what to do now.

The editor isn't showing up on the forums at all when I click 'add comment' and/or 'reply'

I've tried the include or exclude options under the Visibility Settings and still doesn't seem to work.
1.) So when I selected the 'include' and went to my forum to post and see if the editor worked I got this message,
for example (The ID for excluding or including this element is: edit-comment - the path is: comment/reply/39/30)
2.) So I'm like oh okay, I've got to add that to the fields and paths, so I did and went back and still had that message.

Next! I used the exclude option and was hoping that it would automaticly have the editor on the forums because I then deleted the certain fields/paths that I wanted the editor to show up on. Still didn't show.

So! Any suggestions? I'm to determined to get this fixed, and hopefully It's simple and I'm just making it complicated.
