Description
In Create subscription, can the New subscription email include an option to specify when their subscription ends (and other given information). The I can send an email which says something along the lines:
Your advert is now active, and will continue until 14:20 on 13 June 2009. An email will be sent 2 days before expiration. So can we have:

%currency
%billingcycle
%billingcycleunits
%endtime
%enddate
%daysnearend
%reoccurring [Yes|No]
