Enable FAQ taxonomy links - not working

Issue Summary

The rewriting of taxonomy links on nodes doesn't appear to be working anymore in this newest version.

Is the "Enable FAQ taxonomy links" option enabled? It's present on admin/settings/faq/categories, under the "advanced category settings" collapsed fieldsets.

Fixed. However if you're using the Acquia Marina theme it subsequently overwrites the term link and resets it to the default. I've opened a bug report against acquia marina at #635392: acquia marina ignores hook_link_alter() for taxonomy terms. If not using this theme, then the problem is fixed in the dev version and will be included in the next official release.
