Help Please -- Can't Add Teams

Any help would be appreciated.
when it sends me to node/add/sport-team
Which gives me these options:

Create content

Blog entry
A blog entry is a single post to an online journal, or blog.
Forum topic
A forum topic is the initial post to a new discussion thread within a forum.
Game
A game is a sports competition between two teams. Games are listed in the schedule and on the pages of their respective leagues.
Image
An image (with thumbnail). This is ideal for publishing photographs or screenshots.
League
A league is used to group several teams together and display the standings. If games are recorded for a league, the games can be displayed in a league schedule.
Page
A page, similar in form to a story, is a simple method for creating and displaying information that rarely changes, such as an "About us" section of a website. By default, a page entry does not allow visitor comments and is not featured on the site's initial home page.
Poll
A poll is a question with a set of possible responses. A poll, once created, automatically provides a simple running count of the number of votes received for each response.
Season
A season represents the duration in which teams play games. After creating a season, you can activate teams for this season, create leagues and set up games.
Sport location
Use the sport location to show where a sports event (e.g. a game) takes place.
Sport opponent
A sport opponent is used as a contestant in a sport game. Only the name, logo, and url are recorded for a sport opponent, the list of team members is ommited. Use this to enter the clubs or teams which you play against.
Story
A story, similar in form to a page, is ideal for creating and displaying content that informs or engages website visitors. Press releases, site announcements, and informal blog-like entries may all be created with a story entry. By default, a story entry is automatically featured on the site's initial home page, and provides the ability to post comments.

As you can see, none of those would appear to be "create team."

In my modules, sports-team and sports team members are activated.

Several programs are not getting installed.
Not sure why.
THis mod needs club. Is Gallery necessary for Club? Because Gallery requires Lightbox2, which creates big problems when ever I add it to the server.

So, I tried installing the program with Godaddy.com.

I started by installing all the pre-requisite modules.
As soon as I added the sports module, I got this:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Now, what I wonder is, is there a list of ONLY the mods that need to be turned on?

No matter where I try to load this module, there are always critical elements that don't get installed.
Has anyone installed this successfully? If so, can you provide a list of the mods that you installed?

I do notice that the problem seems to start at the Club level.
