TinyMCE module asks for a file that is not there

I use

Drupal 4.7.0
TinyMCE 2.0.6.1
Module: TinyMCE WYSIWYG Editor 4.7.0 07/05/2006 - 01:17

No TinyMCE text fields shows up. But in the log there's a page not found:

/modules/tinymce/tinymce/jscripts/tiny_mce/tiny_mce.js

Easy to understand really, as the TinyMCE 2.0.6.1 package does not contain this file. At all.

Just check http://tinymce.moxiecode.com/

So either the module or the docs are broken.
Is it at all possible to be able to insert images into text areas with 4.7.0?
