I am interested in purchasing vBulletin forum to integrate into my Drupal site with the Drupal vB integration module.

Can you tell me if I purchase the Publishing Suite instead of the Forum if it will integrate the same way after tuning off CMS?

Unfortunately, I have no idea what that publishing suite is or what it does. Integration happens with core vBulletin forums only.
