64 views blocks, too many?

Hello,

My website has 4 main categories, which all have 4 subcategories. And those also have 4 subcategories. I wish to list the nodes using views, but I am fearing this will be too much of a burden on performance.

Does anybody know a more viable alternative?

using . . . arguments from views or try using the taxonomy menu module.
