I'd love to have a new stable release of comment_notify out. Are there certain issues that you'd like help tackling before a release?

I totally agree. I think with some of the recent commits it's about time for a new release in the next week or two. And then we could start looking toward 7.x.

Critical, but need proper steps to reproduce and we may just skip them:

Optional but have patches and could be worthwhile:
