Duplicate entry error

Description
I get below error recently on my site. (in error log) I did a search and saw that this is an old error. any solution ?
/home/admin/x.com/modules/path/path.module dosyasında 112 satırında Duplicate entry 'milliyet-haber/emeklilik-rehberi-48/feed-' for key 2 query: INSERT INTO url_alias (src, dst, language) VALUES ('node/327020/feed', 'milliyet-haber/emeklilik-rehberi-48/feed', '')
recently Google begun to index pages like node/333 which shouldn't be possible. may be it's bacause of this path error.
