Description
So I have OG Forum enabled and it works (kinda). However, I've noticed that users who can't access a certain og forum container can still subscribe to it through notifications. Not sure if they'll actually get a notification though, but even if they don't, I rather not have all those forum containers visible in the UI.

Would you mind providing detailed steps to reproduce this problem. I'll then investigate.
Thanks for your help.

Ok, so steps:
- I created closed, private groups and og forums
- I enabled notifications/messaging framework
- I enabled 'subscribe to tags' and display tags on user account
Sorry, I know this isn't much. I don't mind trying everything out again on a fresh install. But I was wondering, is anyone else having this problem? I double checked everything, but if it's just me, I don't mind reinstalling everything again.

Ok,
so installed a fresh drupal site, installed latest versions of notifications, messaging, og and og_forums. Created two new groups, made both private and closed. Enabled notifications and messaging, enabled subscribe by tags with forums as an enabled tag. On the notifications UI settings, I made tags visible and set permission 'maintain own subscriptions' for authenticated users. This will allow users to go to their user/profile page and see a notifications tab. When on the notifications tab, you should see a secondary tab for notifications types, e.g. author, content type and tags.
User 2, who has no access whatsoever to any group, can see Group A and Group B forums on the tags page.
Could this have to do with the way OG gives access and the way notifications blocks access to forums on the tags page?
