noreqnewpass seems to conflict with ldap_integration

Issue Summary

When ldap_integration was updated noreqnewpass somehow conflicted with the new version of them module and users who could login using LDAP authentication prior to the ldap_integration security update were no longer able to login. After removing the noreqnewpass module those same users were then able to authenticate via LDAP and login to the site.
