I unchecked "Display the 'Add more hours' link" in the configuration screen and clicked "Save field settings". When I try to add that content type, I get:

Fatal error: Cannot unset string offsets in /modules/office_hours/office_hours.elements.inc on line 55

(I can't remember whether "Display the 'Add more hours' link" was checked by default, or it came unchecked and I checked it, then removed it.)

I couldn't replicate this, but i changed the line anyways. committed, should be available in 12-24 hrs.
