The attached patch updates paypal_tipjar to the forms API.

I haven't done extensive testing of the functionality yet, but the UI works smoothly.

Someone posted a patch -- but there are no instructions on how to apply/install the patch. Any ideas?

Here's a patched version of the module (it contains the previous patch). Formwise, it should be up to 4.7. Didn't test it yet for other glitches.
