Description

Under the 'Events' tab in 'Notifications' Settings I have disabled events for 'Node update'

Nonetheless, when I go to edit a node the "Notifications: 'Do not send notifications for this update.' checkbox" is still present and *unchecked* giving the impression that an update notification will be send if I do not manually check the checkbox.

Either it should be checked or not there at all, when the functionality of sending on updates is disabled from the main notifications settings.

Currently it is confusing and I do not know if I should check "Do not send..." individually for each node edit to avoid sending notifications to my users even though I have selected not to do so in another place.
