Minor problems with block settings

I have found some minor problems with the Block settings.

1. Go to /admin/build/block and edit a DDBlock. When saving the block it goes to the DDBlock settings page (/admin/settings/ddblock/list) rather then back to the Block settings page. All blocks after editing goes back to the Block settings page.

2. When Block Cache Alter (http://drupal.org/project/blockcache_alter) module is installed. The Save button doesn't show up on the end of the page. It show up before the Block Cache Alter settings. On all other blocks it shows up correctly.
