The javascript from line 39 in office_hours.elements.inc is lost:
drupal_add_js(drupal_get_path('module', 'office_hours') ."/office_hours.js");
I guess that this js is the responsible for the: Display the "Add more hours" link in the cck field settings.
Even the formatter shown the second time group with a wrong layout.
