Re-arrange 'more hours' in Office Hours input form

Issue Summary

I would add a <br> after the day name and in the add more hours, in order to have the selection in a new line and not all together because it breaks the layout of the form.

I'm not sure if this solves an issue: the form is still very wide. See attached screenshots, where in D7 the data is split in 2 lines.
