Users have no idea what to enter because the text is not clear

In the invite block text field:
Invite a friend
Recommend Such and Such to:
[ ]
Send inviteUsers have not clue what to enter in the text field. How can I add some text to say what to enter there?
Also I change the site name in Site information but the text remain the same in the invite text field. Where is that text from?
