Sorry for the duplicate posting. I posted below for module development and not sure if it was posted in right forum. Below is what I am looking for:

I am looking to launch a new site offering Hosting Services. Wanted to know if there's any existing druapl modules that allows the creation and managing hosting plans. Ideally, I would want such a module integrated with a e-commerce package all working with Drupal 4.7.

I would also be interested in this, as I 'm not entirely happy with WHM autopilot. Perhaps we could get a fundable.org group going? Anyone interested in developing it?

There IS a hosting module that is part of the ecommerce package - but it is VERY rudimentary and is probably not what you're looking for. It might make a good module to start out from, through, adding whatever features you need.

I'm just completing work on something like this over on www.vhost.org.uk. Is that what you're looking for?

I don't think I ever got that part running as part of the site. I believe there are widgets available on the web, though, that will provide this capability. If not, some AJAX to one of the free services (check if they have an API) would probably work.

Thanks,

James

I have a beta of a hosting module for Drupal 4.6. I'm willing to share it with anyone who would like it. I just ask that someone help me finish it.

Drupal already has a rudimentary multi-site system, it shouldn't take much to make a module that creates a new database, and new settings files based on a prefab.

I just noticed I had all these replies.

I just checked and I no longer have the files from when I'd set this up. It was somewhat of a hack job and my first modules.

I believe there are a few modules out there that surpass what I had before.
