Issue Summary
We need an User interface category, this to house modules such as JQuery UI, Compact forms, Lightbox, Thickbox. This will be the first category that is primary aimed at housing modules, it is important to create a category for this. Because almost all sites will have something such as Lightbox, and its fairly common to install a one or more modules that would fit in this category.
To provide some background on this. The goal is to create sensible default categories, that house modules. Every category, should by default be able to house more then one module and we intend to only implement categories that are very likely to exist, and to house more then one module.#546956: [meta-issue] Overhaul of Information Architecture - To understand the whole IA movement.

We should turn this into one issue that adds multiple new meta categories.
