error code

I get this error after running cron.php:

At least 1 subscriber: YES

warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/.ashton/jeffjung/careergroup.qhc.org/modules/publication/publication.module on line 429.

I entered the code you suggested but same error comes up.
