can't get tinymce editor show up

Hello
I've used the Wysiwyg module and installed TinyMCE folder and yet the tinymce editor doesn't show up, only "Disable rich-text" under the textarea
anyone has got this to work ?

IE Issue?
This is happening to me when using IE 7 and 8. I tried updating to the latest to see if it fixed the JS error that seemed to prevent display:

Not really a resolution, but hopefully a workaround that will get you TinyMCE back.
