Issue Summary

Could there be a option for pagetitle module or a own talk option for changing the title of the talk page...

Yeah, the title of the page and the heading should be something like Talk page for [Node Title]. Node title should probably also link back to the main view of the node.

Making it configurable is probably overkill :P
