provide a link to mark original string as bad

The top string currently is "'s flickr" which I reckon is pretty much going to fail translation, because for example in French the name of the person will go after that than before. Surely in this case we should be seeing "@user's flickr". Which suggests that the module this comes from is misusing t().
So in cases like this I think it would be useful to have a link to file an issue on the originating module, to say 'this string is causing problems for translation'.
