Moderator Panel?

So I know there is a admin panel but is there a way to get a moderator panel where moderators can see all reported post's and anything else a moderator would need?

you can create this with the views.module to create your lists of unpublished posts or posts with a certain flag.
Considering you've not mentioned how you are moderating posts, its a bit difficult to be specific.
