I have seen a description of how to add a tag to the the list of allowed tags at:
http://drupal.org/node/594184
I have gone to the page "admin/settings/filters/1" and do not see the Configure-tab/-link at the top of the page of this "Filtered HTML" configuration page. There is no link and no tab there. Why would it not be there?
PHP Version: 5.10
Operating System: Windows XP
Database: PostgreSQL 8.4

I have found the problem. I was using the Administration menu module. This module moved the tab items into the menu it creates across the top of the screen because its "Move local tasks into menu" option was in effect.
