So today I go to post a comment on our forums but then I noticed when I hit "save or preview" it just refreshed the page without previewing it and/or posting it.
I then switched my theme to Garland and tested it through there. The post went through fine. So I'm not sure if its FCKeditor or just some type of problem within my theme..
Even when I disable FCKeditor the forums still don't work properly.
So I'm lost at this moment and begging for help.

I'd disable and uninstall the editor in question and see if functionality expected returns.

This is not a core drupal issue. You're question is better asked in the post installation forums where other users who may have experienced this issue can reply. I can't duplicate this on any of the 6 drupal installs of 6.14 I am responsible for. However, I don't use editors.
When creating a forum support thread ensure you provide as much information as possible with regards to how the editor is installed? fckeditor.module? wysiwyg.module with the fckeditor library ..... ?
