Drupal7 specific function in HEAD

Hi, according to #626930: what dev version should we be using for 6.x? I think he got the same problem with me.

Here's one thing I found: In commands/pm/pm.drush.inc there is a call to update_parse_xml(), which is only available in Drupal7 and will cause an error message when using HEAD with Drupal6.
