Issue Summary
Under administer >> settings >> volunteer, the follow-up e-mail reads as follows:
"Thanks for volunteering. We are hopeing that you could take a second and tell us your experience of volunteering."
hopeing is misspelled (hoping), and the sentence reads a little awkwardly. This patch changes it to:
"Thanks for volunteering. We are hoping that you could take a second and tell us about your volunteer experience."

It should be "We hope" and not "We are hoping". There are a couple of other word changes that sound better to me:
"Thanks for volunteering. We hope you might take a second to tell us about your volunteer experience."
