This was found while trying to change the size of thumbnails used. When changed, Bluga was not correctly refetching new thumbnails (possibly because the original request files are no longer stored at the Bluga services site). However, when changing the timeout to "always," the new thumbnails are requested, but switching back to "never" results in the same failure as before.

It appears that Bluga is not using the very latest request for thumbnails in all cases. It should.
