Issue Summary
It appears that the Reftagger module is conflicting with FCKEditor. When Reftagger is enabled (and working very well I might add) my FCKEditor is not available to assist in content creation. The problem is immediately allayed when the reftagger module is disabled.
Please help on this one because I really like how the module works.

Can you provide any more info? Are their any javascript errors for example. I've installed FCKEditor my sandbox installation of Drupal and Reftagger doesn't cause it to break.

I believe it has something to do with the zeropoint theme. I have switched themes and enabled both modules and the problem was gone. There were no javascript errors. The FCKeditor just didn't show up on any content creation forms.

Not sure how a theme would cause that, but I'll close this out.
