Admin uses others logins

hi to all
is there a module allows admins of a drupal site to log in as any users, using their admin pass?
For example:
username: root
password: test
log in as root
username: user1
password: test
admin logged in as user1
i dont know if you had ever played to travian, because it allows users to set up (at most) 2 sitters: player that have the permission to log in as another user.
