Hi,
I am not able to login to my another account. When I try to login i am getting "The username mohi has not been activated or is blocked" error.
Can you please help me for activating my account? Account details are below.

I'm in favor of you getting your account, but I don't think 7 minutes between my post and your followup really gave you time to read the rules. Please provide links to the forum rules so I can be certain that you've read them.

It's your responsibility to read the forum rules before posting. What about the forum rules title is not clear? Sorry, but I grow very weary of spammers and con artists breaking forum rules and claiming "ooops, sorry I didn't know" as soon as they get caught.

Why do you need two accounts as well? If your older account is unblocked, should we remove/block your newer account?

I know that it is not the same thing, but spammers doesn't get a second chance.
The user is saying he didn't know the rules (pretty strange, with a title that would be seen even from the blind :-)), and he doesn't listen to who is trying to give him an opportunity (maybe he thought that greggles was simply showing how much he knows).

WorldFallz, you actually gave the wrong answer. ;-).
It still possible to remove the suggestion, anyway; in this way, the OP would not give a wrong answer.

This is just a repeat of #354507: mohi account is blocked (Jan 2009) and #389486: My previous account blocked (Mar 2009)

Yep, and is therefore a duplicate of the existing #354507: mohi account is blocked issue.

AFAIC the Mohi account can remain blocked.
The drupal_ind account has now also been blocked as a duplicate account.
The continuation of account creations can result in the drupal.task account being blocked.
