Hey guy's

This is my problem, i created a couple of custom content types for my website and gave the fields labels, but now i want to translate them so that when a visitor to my site selects spanish or dutch that the labels also translate.

How can i do this ?

I have searched but with no luck

I have read many posts on the subject both haven't found what I'm looking for yet, so please help if you can.
