The links for downloading the Druplicon logo are broken http://drupal.org/node/9068
Aso, PNG is NOT a vector format.
Bad timing, given how much free press Drupal gets following the WhiteHouse story.

The "PNG version" under vector formats was a copy paste error on the alt text. I fixed that.

Those logos are not downloadable. This is the problem. It's not a CVS issue.
Attach them to the page, manually, as the EPS is. People need to download the logos.

As the links are something like
http://cvs.drupal.org/viewcvs/*checkout*/drupal/contributions/docs/marketing/logo/druplicon.vector.svg, it is a CVS problem as described in the issue reported by greggles.#4

Then change the links. Upload the images here. Fix the problem on hand, forget about the CVS.

As the checkout view is back, this issue is resolved as well.
