Description
The setting "Flush all sites caches in this database (singe db, multisite)." is unclear to me.
I have a multisite, but each of the sites uses its own database.
I would welcome being able to flush caches for all sites in the multisite.
So do I need to check this or not?
Obviously, I have only 1 cache folder, in the root of the Drupal installation. Which I think is OK, as each site creates its directories etc.
Perhaps what's not clear here is whether the flushing is about Boost database records or the cache file structure.

If your running a i18n site where the only difference between your multisites is the translation then the "Flush all sites caches in this database (singe db, multisite)" setting is for you. If the content is different between the sites then you can not use this functionality since node 1 on one site will be different then node 1 on another.
