How do I remove a corrupt content type

Hi All,

I have a content type that is broken and can't find it to delete it or edit it... It shows up in my create content window but does not present a form for adding content. It also does not show up under content types so I can not edit or delete it.

I'm not sure exactly which module I initially created it with. I was playing with CiviCRM's event and also the built in Event view.

Any ideas how I can get rid of this item in my Create content menus?
