This reports displays that most nodes are untagged - yet when I edit one of the nodes, the tags are there. How do I go about reconciling this? Thanks!

Can you let me know the version of nodewords you are using? Are you using the most recent beta5 or dev version of seo_friend?

Hmmm... that is the same as what I have and I get meta tags showing up in my report. Things you can try:

1) flushing your cache (through admin menu or on /admin/settings/performance page)

2) running update.php

3) if those don't work and you didn't configure anything in SEO Friend, then you could try uninstalling seo_friend and reinstalling

If none of these work, let me know and we'll go from there.

For the items in the report, I seem to be getting an "!" on almost every piece of content. Of those that I checked, they ARE tagged. For the items where I have a checkmark, of those that I checked, they ARE NOT tagged. Seems almost exact opposite of what I would expect. I have edited some of the content and added more tags, tried mass tagging, etc but to no avail.

I'm definitely open to any suggestions :) Thanks for your help!

Got it. I think it's because you don't have any meta tag fields configured to show up on the node edit form. If you go to:

http://[yourdomain]/admin/content/nodewords/settings

and choose the meta tags you want to show up on the edit form (e.g. description/keywords) then SEO Friend should work. Please let me know either way.

If that is the case, perhaps I need to create a warning message or something for this scenario.
