yes, i think yes, will have finish it (scary, that issue has been there so long)

Can confirm this bug.

I am currently trying out the latest 6.x-1.x-dev of the E-Journal module. When adding a journal (at admin/settings/ejournal/add) the "Journal path" input field is required, even if its value gets totally ignored. When trying to call the resulting URL, you get a "Page not found" error.
