Hello,

I am NEW to Drupal, possibly a Joomla convert :-); working on a site right now with Top 10 Most Popular Links block displaying on the front page. The problem I am having you only see these links when logged in. Otherwise the block is displayed but the content is not. Any suggestions?

It sounds like you have not granted people not logged in the permission to view content. See Administer → User management → Permissions
