Looking for a Drupal freelancer for misc small tweaks/bug fixes of our site

We’re looking for a freelancer who is pretty comfortable with drupal to tweak/optimize/finish our site http://www.jpda.net.
We had our site built (using Drupal) a year ago and our original developer is not available to do this work - mostly bug fixes, and admin area / backend tweaks.
