Can anyone direct me on how to use Lightbox2 within a flash movie to play video

ok I am new to this lightbox2 stuff and I have used it before on my flash site http://oppositionuprising.com but I want to be able to load a youtube or vimeo video via lightbox2 from with in my flash website.. is there any documentation on how to easily set this up.. I have been searching all over the net and I am finding bits a pieces but if there is just a straight forward tutorial that would be really awesome.. Anyone have any ideas?
