Change "jquery" to "JavaScript" in STARTERKIT.info.txt

Description

In STARTERKIT.info.txt is this line:
; Optionally add some jquery scripts to your theme.

Instead of jquery scripts you probably should have JavaScripts. Jquery is but one type of JavaScript.
