I am moving host and would like to know the easiest way to back up and migrate the files and databases over.

I have tried the module, Backup & Migrate with not much success. Perhaps a missed setting/config. I kept getting an import error when I tried to upload the migrated database to the new host. I did go to performance>remove cache beforehand.

Any ideas?

Can't expand on the existing docs if you don't describe the actual error you get.
