provide forum topic flagging function

is it possible to add flagging function on forum topic ? So that I can keep my favorite topics on my account.

I'm sorry. I mean add this function in drupal.org's forum.

ah... lol. At the moment you can only follow topics in your tracker-- this should be addressed as part of the drupal.org redesign though.
