I installed the module, but component won't show on Issues for Project page .
How to show it ?

Can you provide a screenshot? I see components here:

http://drupal.org/project/issues/project_issue

since that's specific to a project, but not here:

http://drupal.org/project/issues

since that spans all projects and the components are per-project.

Are you sure you're looking at a per-project view on your site?
