Seeing this error in watchdog

Video Upload: error <?xml version='1.0' encoding='UTF-8'?>yt:quotatoo_many_recent_calls while attempting to upload a video.

anyone know what it might be?

Youtube has an API limit, so it's related to the frequency of cron runs.

Is it possible to stop sending API calls once this error is encountered and maybe send on the next cron run?
