How do I add a finder module form to my page.tpl.php?

I am using the finder module 1.5.

I was wondering how I can display a finder form I create in my page.tpl.php. I don't just want to use regions and blocks because I need it to integrate with my theme a little easier. How would I go about doing this?

Any help would be appreciated.
